Close to 100 business leaders from the island visited Island School's beautiful campus last Thursday at the Chamber of Commerce After Hours event held in the Frear Center last Thursday evening. Students led tours of the school to the guests, many of whom had never been here before.
Guests heard from Kaua‘i Chamber of Commerce CEO Mark Perriello and our own Shannon Graves and Kathy Richardson. Kumu Sabra Kauka and a group of students from Na Pua O Kamaile - Sierra Jonas ʻ18, Lindsey Nakea-Tresler ʻ18, Pualei Pratt ʻ17, and Waileia Siale-Santosʻ19, opened the evening's program with two oli (chants).
