Volunteers Still Needed for Sunday at Farm Fair

Aloha Island School,
Tomorrow is a big day, in more ways than one. We look forward to welcoming middle and high school students back to campus for the start of the school year - and, we look forward to the first day operating our 2015 Kaua'i County Farm Bureau Fair food booth!
Thanks to your support, we have nearly fulfilled our volunteer needs for the event - but help is still needed, especially for this Sunday, August 16th. If you are willing and able to help out, please sign up online: http://vols.pt/p45k9w or call Deatri Nakea at 246-0233 during regular business hours. (Please note we are using VolunteerSpot to manage our online sign up page. VolunteerSpot does not share your email address with anyone. In addition, you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on VolunteerSpot.)
Admission passes for those who have already signed up are available for pick-up at the front desk now through Friday, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Proceeds from the Farm Fair are divided between the elementary, middle and high school divisions on a per-student basis. Each division will decide how to distribute its portion of the revenue equitably within the group. Funds reach every Island School student!
Questions? Email Deatri Nakea (deatri@ischool.org) or Daryl Edwards (daryl@ischool.org), or call us at 246-0233.
Again, mahalo for your kōkua. It's going to be a great year!
