Digital Photo Challenge and Community Dialogue

For youth in grades 6-12. Photo entrees must answer one of the following questions:
“What would you like to see MORE of on Kaua`i?”
“What would you like to see LESS of on Kaua`i?”

The photos will be used as a basis for Talk Story Sessions around issues that our young people see as important. Their perspectives will be factored into Keiki to Career Kaua`i strategies to improve community support and education opportunities for all youth.

· Top 50 photos will be selected for a photo exhibit at Kaua'i Community College in October.

· Prizes will be awarded to the top three photos in two divisions: Grade 6 - 8 and Grades 9-12.

· Entries may be submitted from August 10 through September 8.

· Three free digital workshops for youth will held in August.

Please see the attached Photo Challenge and Workshop flyers for more detail and visit www.kauaiphotochallenge.org
