Hawai‘i Children's Theatre Summer Stars

Registration is open now. Please check out website for detailed information about Summer Stars 2015.

Registration is now open for both the Rising Stars Morning Workshops and the Afternoon Summer Stars Workshop Program which will culminate in a performance of Disney's Alice in Wonderland, Jr. at the Kauai Performing Arts Center.

Program registration is open to any young person, regardless of experience. Scholarships are available.

Ethan Shell Scholarship
Applications are still being accepted for the 2015 Ethan Shell Scholarship! If you know a talented high school senior on Kauai planning on attending college to pursue a formal education in performing arts, please have them consider applying for the Ethan Shell Scholarship which is an award of up to $1,000. Deadline for application submission this year is April 15th. Taste of Hawai‘i Tickets On Sale

The Rotary Club of Kapa`a is busy getting ready  for this year's Taste of Hawai‘i on Sunday June 7th at 11:30 am at Smith's Tropical Paradise. You can now purchase your tickets online. The monies from this Rotary Fundraiser provides the means to serve the community of Kaua‘i in the areas of Youth, Community and Vocational. We awarded $14,000 in college scholarships this year to high school seniors, supported programs in all Kapa‘a Schools, gave each 3rd grader a dictionary, and awarded 10 students scholarship to this year's Rotary Youth Leadership awards which was held in Koke`e. Spread the word about Kaua‘i's awesome food feast and help us raise money for Kaua‘i!
