Shape Day in PreK
Today was Shape Day in the PK class. Snacks were assorted by shapes, with students sampling them and charting which shapes were their favorites. There were ice cream cones (cone shape), quesdillas (triangles), wheat thins (squares), Kix (spheres) and chunks of cheese (cubes) - to name a few.
The students built a City of Shapes, using shapes from the classroom and ones they brought from home.
